Customer Service Rep (CSR) - Office Based

Location: Burnaby store

Hours: Monday to Friday, 9-5:30

Full Time with the availability of reduced hours during non-peak seasons (May-August)

Requirements:
  • Maintain a professional attitude with sincerity & enthusiasm reflecting Charlie's commitment to our customer – the most important person to us
  • Must have excellent English skills - both written & verbal.
  • Must be able to work in a fast paced team environment with the ability to multi task
  • Can adapt to task changes or customer's requests as soon as needed.
  • Must have excellent computer skills, including: Microsoft Office (Word, Excel & Outlook) & Internet browsers
  • Must have previous office experience
  • Good math skills (money & numbers)

Job Duties & Description:
  • Invoicing (Quickbooks) & ability to learn the applicable product codes
  • Ability to quickly learn a wide variety of products
  • Answer phone calls & emails
  • Web Assistance & data entry/updates
  • Flexibility to help in our retail store (serving customers & restocking)
  • Cash transactions & day-end reconciliation
  • Write up & take customer orders
  • Process customer payments
  • Be comfortable making phone calls re: Late Payments, Sales calls, Orders Ready, etc.
  • Provide customer quotes
  • Scheduling courier shipments
  • Dealing with customer order pick ups
  • Update & Record sheets with Word & Excel
  • Check & Maintain stock on supplies
