Fundraising Program Information
As a small business we like to help as many community groups, organizations, teams (etc) as we can & would love the opportunity to work with you.
We have a large product line & because of that we have set up a couple of different sale options. This allows you to sell a variety of items, so you can raise the most money possible.What products would you like to sell?
Themed molded items* make your fundraiser unique!
Examples: Hockey Pucks for hockey leagues or Music Notes for dance teams or bands.
*Not all products are applicable for fundraising & must be reviewed/approved.
- Pre-order the chocolates & have product to sell directly to people
- Take orders from people before placing 1 bulk order & then distribute the orders after.
You sell the product at our retail price (or higher) & earn a percentage as profit. Large orders earn you more! Our website shows all the prices (in retail).
Here is what you could raise:
Earn 30% on a minimum $500.00 sale.
Earn an extra 2% (total of 32%) on $2000.00 or more.
Earn an extra 5% (total of 35%) on $4000.00 or more.
Orders can be picked up in our Burnaby or Port Coquitlam location.
Free shipping is available on orders over $1000.00 to areas between Vancouver & Langley. Shipping to areas beyond is available by courier but freight charges will be applied.
Ship or pick up dates must be discussed & agreed upon at the beginning.
Upon your order being filled, we will create an invoice for you. The appropriate discount level will be applied. You pay the discounted invoice total & keep the difference.
Please note that products are subject to applicable tax (5% GST in BC).
We accept Visa, Mastercard, Cheque, Cash, Interac E-transfer or Debit. Orders are payable at time of pick up or prior to shipping.
