Candy Buffets - Full Setup

Are you doing a large event & want one less thing to worry about?!

Let the staff at Charlie's help you.

The cost for "Full Set Up" starts at $150.00 not including the price of candy. This cost is for Charlie's to plan out the entire buffet, fill the jars & add décor (ribbon around jars, signs, etc). We also package everything for delivery and deliver/pick up.

What we need to know from you:
  • Your total Budget**
  • Number of People
  • Colors you want to use & the theme
  • Event Date
  • What kind of event it is
  • Any specific product you DO or DON’T want
  • Do you need bags or are you providing them?
  • Venue location (covering areas from Vancouver to Langley at this time)

Once we receive all information from you, we work on putting together what products we'll use, the quantity needed & how to layout the buffet.

What you should know:

**If your budget doesn't allow enough room for us to do all the "Full Set Up" option we will advise you right away. We would be happy to assist you with purchasing products.

A Table Cloth is not provided as the venue usually covers all tables to match.

If doing a large event & we feel it requires more dishes than the normal jar rental packages, extra dishes will be utilized & must also be returned for a full refund on your deposit.

The signs we provide are a standard, formal card in black & white. If you would prefer something else, you can opt to not have signs & provide your own.

Deliveries would be made prior to your event, typically during venue set up. If it is an evening event, we would pick up the items the next morning &/or business day.
